Evelyn Everley Experience:
I got basically discriminated by @furniturefactoryhsv because I have a service DOG. The bouncer/guard basically kept saying dog and I told him serval times my pup is a service dog šā𦺠he didnāt give a fuck and kept saying NO DOGS. He didnāt care what I had to say about my service dog and denied me instantly. When he saw my service dog he basically jumped out of his chair and blocked us from entering further in. My pup wore service dog gear a custom expensive harness and my friends were with me and knows my pup is a service dog.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a federal law that gives people with disabilities equal rights to work, receive government services, and go to public places such as restaurants.
I was out for my friends and I had my service dog with me. We were going to different place to have drinks and we went to the @furniturefactoryhsv. Basically I got discriminated by restaurant and I had my service dog. The bouncer/guard basically kept saying NO DOGS and I told him serval times my pup is a service dog šā𦺠he didnāt give a shit and said NO DOGS and kicked me out. My friends were with me and said thatās against the law. The bouncer/guard was so intimidating and I did not feel safe.

I called the restaurant the next day and they said we can refuse any animals . I told them they canāt refuse service animals since itās a public establishment/restaurant. I told them only time a service dog and the handler would be kicked out if the dog is unruly and not behaving.
The owners of the restaurant have a policy with no pets and I asked about service animals. The restaurant managers donāt know shit and they ask for papers for my service animal I told them that ADA does not require papers. @aapdofficial
