We adopted Melody from a family member. We got Melody on June, 2nd (sorry for the blurry photos ) she is taking a nap with her siblings there will be videos and vlogs of her coming soon. @calicocatnamedmelody

“To be clear, Melody is in the cage for training to use the litter box and it is her safe place. She was born inside a cage/pen with her siblings and mom (you can see in other posts). She is comfortable with the cage as it is her safe place.” ~ Owner

Melody’s safe place is inside her cage. This is also used to train her where to use the litter. She was born inside a cage along with her mother and siblings. She is use to being inside and loves being inside. In the future there will be another addition to the family (dog), the cage will be her safe place to go and get away from the dog when she wants to.

We only put her inside her cage at night time when there is no one watching her. We watch her all day and let her play outside of her cage. When she want to take a nap she goes in her cage by herself.
