PetSmart Grooming Service👎

We had a grooming appointment with PetSmart but it was terrible. I paid for a deluxe puppy serving ($$$) but they didn't do anything with her. She looked the same and none of the hair was trimmed to make her look more round like a corgi. It took the 3 HOURS to bath and trim.

They didn't take their time with Nala since it was her first time being at the groomer. We never got the promise bandanna that came with the package.

Also when I called after 2 hours (when they said she would be finished). Which I didn't like since I had other things to do. I asked if my dog was done and they said someone already picked her up. I was in a panic and said WHAT DO YOU MEAN SOMEONE PICKED HER UP?!

That's every parent's nightmare. Luckily it was a different corgi but they don't even check the IDs of the parents of the pet. I rather groom my dogs by myself or get a personal groomer who will take their time with the dogs one on one.

PetSmart cut the sides of her face! I hate it, I told them to trim that was not to cut her face flat. It doesn't look like the iconic corgi face fluff on the side.

l am so sad and mad, this was a key feature of our little girl with her fluffy face now that are cut off and short.
