Swedish meatball (Egg Noodles & Meatballs w/White Sauce)

It is generally accepted that egg noodles originated in China, between 25 and 200 AD; although the Arabs and Italians also claim that they invented this wonderful staple food. In October of 2005, at the Lajia site in Qinghai, China, the oldest known strip of egg noodle was discovered.


Instructions

Microwave

  • 1 can of mushroom soup

  • 3/4 milk

  • 1 Cube of chicken bologna

  • Corn starch thick (if needed)

Meatballs

  • ground meat (any meat; chicken, beef, pork or turkey)

    1. add seasonings

      1. Italian herbs

      2. parsley

      3. salt and pepper

    2. add chopped garlic and onion

  • bread crumbs and panko breadcrumbs

    1. mix ground meat with seasoning with bread crumbs and 1 egg

    2. make meatballs into small balls (1/4 size of your fist)

    3. Cook Meatballs in Oven 20 min at 350 for 1 hour

  • Cook Egg noodles in a pot of water
