Very unprofessional management September 2, 2023. We were hosting a giveaway and they did not send the prize to the winner. We contacted them and heard nothing from them. We also talked to our winner of the giveaway to see if they heard anything back from them but they said they never did hear back from them. Waggin Water management seemed very pissed that we were asking about the prize (note: we only ask them 3 times in total about the situation). They put us in a group chat with the winner claiming it was easier to talk to both at the same time. Their vibe that they gave off was really off and sketchy. We understand people have lives and stuff however you need to be communicating probably and not being rude.

WE WILL NOT BE WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN! DUE TO BEING MISTREATED AND RUDE.
