We had an issue with the air purifier and told the company. They were annoying us with messages about sending a video about the issues. Unfortunately we have been busy with the holidays and I (mom) do have disabilities. There were no emotions with this conversation at all. We are very professional and told them we would send a video within a week about the issues with the air purifier.
