Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service and dedicated attention to every client. To ensure all clients have fair access to our schedule, we enforce the following policy regarding missed appointments. First & Second Missed Appointments (No-Shows / Late Cancellations): We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. Your first two missed appointments (or cancellations made with less than (12-24 hours' notice) will serve as gentle warnings and will be logged on your account. Third Missed Appointment: If a client misses or fails to cancel more than twice (resulting in a third occurrence), they will no longer be permitted to book future appointments with us.
