What made you want to become a writer?

Honestly, English wasn’t my first language, so as a kid I started writing just to get better at it. I used to make up little stories for fun, and over time, I just fell in love with storytelling itself.

What is your favorite part of being a writer?

Bringing my imagination to life. There’s something magical about turning the worlds and emotions in your head into words that someone else can feel.

What was the first book that made you want to become a writer?

'If He Had Been With Me', by Laura Nowlin. I remember finishing it and just sobbing my eyes out. That book made me realize how powerful writing can be — how it can completely wreck you in the best way, especially the second book ‘If Only I Had Told Her’.

Which Authors did you love and/or grow up reading?

Laura Nowlin, Ana Huang, H.D. Carlton, and Lola St. Vil — their stories all left a mark on me in different ways.

What inspired you? Tv shows, cartoons, anime, or movies? For your book(s).

I have so many! Definitely anime — things like Bleach, Elfen Lied, Sunday Without God, Naruto, Attack on Titan, and Tokyo Ghoul. They shaped how I see emotion, pain, and purpose in storytelling. Book-wise, The Twisted Series by Ana Huang, The Guardian Series by Lola St. Vil, and H.D. Carlton’s Cat & Mouse Duet (Haunting Adeline and Hunting Adeline) were huge influences. I love dark, emotional, and complex stories.

Dream collaboration of directors? Dead or Alive.

I’d love to work with Sam Taylor-Johnson, who directed Fifty Shades of Grey, and the directors of 365 Days, Barbara Białowąs and Tomasz Mandes. They all know how to capture intensity, atmosphere, and emotion — exactly what I’d want for my stories.

Fun fact: If Years of Endless Obsessions ever became a movie, I’d 100% cast Theo James as Aiden Lance. He has that perfect mix of intensity, charm, and quiet darkness that fits Aiden perfectly.
