Viet food? Say lessss😩 I’ve been meaning to try the boat for a while and less than a month ago I went with my boyfriend and now we’re back again today! I used to come to the boat back when it was still pho bac when I was little with my family. Recently ish, they turned it into what is now the boat which is a com ga Vietnamese restaurant. (The iconic Pho bac is right next to the boat now)
They remodeled the interior to give it more of a boat vibe. It’s just so cute how it’s in a shape of an actual boat. I think the boat is a for sure must try even though the menu is pretty small, everything was delish! 🤩
What we ordered:
- [ ] Com ga mam toi/ Garlic Chicken rice
- comes w/ chrysanthemum salad and broth
- [ ] Mi ga chien/ Egg noodle soup + garlic chicken
- comes w/ chrysanthemum salad
- [ ] Pandan waffles
- [ ] Pandan iced tea
The garlic chicken is sooo tender and juicy! Everything paired well together. The chrysanthemum salad made me want more and that’s saying something because I usually don’t order veggies too much which isn’t a good thing lol. They have two kinds of waffles but only had the pandan and I grew up eating them. These didn’t disappoint and were really crispy. Check them out!!
