There’s one meat I truly love and that is pork belly in all forms. Tbh it’s not great for you but it just tastes so damn good. I had to try the pork belly Ssam platter at WeRo Seattle located in Ballard. It is perfect for two people! It comes with banchan, lettuce, perilla leaves, and rice. I also ordered sotteok which is the Korean rice cakes with sausage (not sure if they still have this on their menu).
I love that the rice is the purple rice. All the banchan was good and most importantly the pork belly. I really enjoyed it with the samjang sauce. If you guys don’t like pork belly, they have other meat options too.
The aesthetics overall were nice and clean. They even have some outdoor seating which is nice. You guys should check them out! They have a good selection of other Korean foods too. Everything I got was shareable. I hope you guys like WeRo if you try them out 😃
